Villa Ekklisies is situated about 7 minutes from the golden beaches, shops and tavernas in Almirida Bay. The local Village of Vamos is approx. 5 minutes down the road.
     
This lovely, detached, property is always a favourite from our Clients - many of whom return year after year for a relaxing holiday which is not too far from Beaches.

The property is one of three, totally private, properties each with its own front and rear gardens, entrances and their own private swimming pools. Hedges and Fencing separate this property from the other two, similar houses, which are in the same quiet, lane just before the actual village boundary of Kefalas.
    
Ground Floor;
Entering the property through the front door leads you to the large comfortably furnished living area complete with Cretan style stone fireplace, two large sized settees, Television, Satellite and CD player. French doors from the living area lead to the rear garden and private pool area.

Off the living area there is a modern, fully fitted Kitchen area complete with fridge freezer, full sized oven and washing machine. There is an abundance of cooking utensils for those Clients wishing to dine at home or, to have al-fresco meals on the large terrace at the rear. On the Ground Floor there is a Cloakroom with WC and Wash Hand Basin.

First Floor;
The stairs take you up to the fully fitted bathroom (with bath) and shower, WC and wash hand basin. There are 2 large double bedrooms (fully fitted) with air conditioning and built in cupboards and 1 twin bedroom with a door leading to first floor balcony. This bedroom is also air conditioned.

Stairs leading to the second floor which includes a single bedroom in the pine clad eaves of the property. This room is ideal for the junior members of the family !

To walk into the typical Cretan village of Kefalas (where there are Mini Markets, Shops, Tavernas etc ) would take you no more than 4 minutes from your front door!
